but I'm hoping to make my rig more roadtrip friendly than campground
friendly (what i plan on using it for most often)
currently i have 2 batteries under the hood (starting/house)
and a small one in the generator compartment, for said generator.
I will be removing the 100VAC->12VDC converter and go with a simple
3-stage charger to the batteries.
I'd also like to get 2 6V (golf-cart-esque batteries) and locate then
in the trunk, at that point I'll add an inverter.
I already have rear engine heat, that is nice.
I plan on installing a heat exchanger to have hot water via engine
heat
the old AC only fridge has got to go...
looking for a well-insulated one that will run off of DC while
underway.
hoping to get as much heat/energy off of the chassis as i can.
got the generator and/or propane for when that doesn't work
now if i can just *easily* make the tanks 4-season friendly....
and then to get 45MPG!
