Congratulations. Of course, you are now proving, once again,
that it is foolish for management to invest in developers. :-)
As it appears you care about this organization and hold no
real animus toward it, but are simply very frustrated, I
encourage you to use these thoughts you've written as the
basis of a "report" for your current organization. Send a copy
to the most senior business and IT management you've worked
with. Take it to your exit interview and use it as a guide for
talking to the HR person there. It might not help them, but
then again, how could it hurt?
