OMG The same thing happen to me, I told dh he better do something for my 40th, HE LIED AND SAID HE HAD IT ALMOST ALL planned, my sister I offered to fly her and her boy friend out, they said they would wait for the twins to be born, my mom was not talking to me, etc. I asked my dh weekly for one year, nothing , no even a present that I can remember. Oh my two little ones, ages 9 & 6 at the time made me a wonderful gift, they colored their t-shirts with pictures and Happy 40th Birthday written on them. My 50th birthday is going to be great, I am going to plan it and maybe invite no one!!!
