No court ordered anything has ever really made any real difference
with Microsoft. Of course they abide by court rulings, after all, they
do play by the rules set out for them - after a huge court battle
anyway. Well, those that feel that MS is down for the count had better

We must look like total dorks to the folks across the pond. Here
in the US, we most certainly do not lead the world in Broadband
access. According to the BBC, we only rank at 13th in the world for
high speed access to the Internet. Folks, this is sad! We should at

Ars Technica reports that as blockbuster has just reduced their online
DVD rental prices, Netflix has not even begun to break a sweat. I
think that Netflix will continue with their dominance in this area
since they are the first in the Online arena. Besides that, they are
