Ah, of course, the no-bumper waiver. That makes sense.

Hmmm...anyone have any experience complaining about dealers
to Lotus USA? (I'm the one who originally posted that his
dealer's service guy charged a surprise $140 to put the plate
on.) Think it's worth the effort?
