Get a good text book. I did it the hard way learning from CB research on
the net and BBS systems.
I have since bought a couple of tests:
C++ The black book, and C Programming A modern Approach. Both very good
books. I also suggest you pepper your knowledge of C++ with Java,
despite what others may suggest, neither language are prefectly
portable, but for arithmetic the two are similiar.
