And I just remembered a way you can get them without breaking the bank. If
you live in the U.S., you can utilize an underutilized feature of your
local library called the "Interlibrary Loan". If your local library
doesn't have the book on hand, they can get it for you - and you don't pay
anything.
Still, there will be books you really like, so you'll end up buying a few
anyway.
