I am building a volunteer db program. I'm using the employee table of the Northwind db (MS access sample) to build my visul data form (vb) but I cant get the picture to appear. (Picture of each employee) Photo field is a txt field in the Employee table it is the path to the pic. How do I display my pics from this table in my vb form?
