Try to save the picture path for any employee in the database, and put picture
box in hte form and just write this code in Prev. button and Next button:
Private Sub cmdNext_Click()

.............
.............
Picture1.Picture = LoadPicture (Adodc1.Recordset.Fields ("emp_pic"))
.............
.............
End Sub
