Boondock places are not plentiful in FL.

Half way from Miami to Naples on US 41 there is Big Cypress National Preserve
with a free (at least free last year) campground on the south side of the road,
space for around 30 rigs, first come first served, 10 day limit. It's called
Midway Campground, has only porta potties, no dump or water. Dump/water is 13
miles west on 41 with golden age rate of $2 or $3, twice that without pass.

It is at N25d 51.031' W080d 59.404'

The Walmart in Lehigh Acres permitted overnight parking last year.

I am going to Florida in April, and am renting an RV. Staying at the
John Pennekamp park for a few days and am interested in going up to
Sanibel Islad. Does anyone know of a place to boondock around there?
