We get this a lot because we often replace existing systems or
processes. (Too often, the last system we finished.) Business thinks
they must have 100% feature replacement even if they never used half the
stuff that's there. We use the techniques mentioned here - put something
silly at the top of the list, ask how many weeks delay is this feature
worth - just to get the thinking going again.
