The government that we each won't allow is the type in use worldwide: force. We are self governing individuals. We, as individuals, will govern our personal boats. The beauty of having an island of dockable boats is that we can move our boats away from people that we don't like. So far, everyone in the group is getting along. We all know that we are going to have to cooperate with each other out there. If an A**hole shows up, he will soon find that none of us will let him dock to our boats or do business with him. We do not need or want a person to rule over us. If you want to call what we have _government_ , fine, but it is unlike any other one in the world. People that want to be enslaved to government can build their own island, or just stay here.
