My first thought was that the occasion, the thing that triggers the
moment of reflection, is any time I or my pair decides that it's time
to reflect on what we've just done.
However, we also have regular, scheduled occasions for reflection
(i.e., stand-ups, retrospectives), so perhaps this is something similar.
In that case, the thing that triggers the reflection about the task is
the completion of the task. This trigger exists in both the
asynchronous and synchronous style so the comment in XP 2nd Edition
does not make sense to me.
