Thanks for all the responses guys. They are getting power from the Geckos. But it kinda seems to me that if this was the problem, they wouldnt work at all would they?
Its not an aluminum expansion, or any other mechanical problem, After a few cycles the servo shafts are visibly in the wrong places. The code is being generated in mastercam, and I have tried both V3 and V4 of turbocnc with no luck. Everything is absoloute. I have tried many files that were made with notepad and they all work fine, I can never seem to duplicate the problem when coding manually. Any other suggestions? If I wanted to give the encoders a 5v supply what can I use? Can i run a line from the computer power supply?
