Thanks. :) Merge for nodes will be a lot faster in 2.0.1 (thanks to
Alistair, Mark, et al. for coming up with a better happy path solution
that's much quicker). I guess I missed your specific issue, if you want to
link to it. Were you using unique constraints or plain indexes?
