Hi, according to the current documentation, I should be able to install and run an arbiter instance as a service, but there's little documentation to explain that.
The man page (in the online 2.1.3 documentation) hints that I should be able to just use the install argument, but the help info for the .bat file shows two possible arguments - help and console.
