Clark, you need to explicitly set execution_guard_enabled=false when creating your GraphDatabaseService instance, e.g. via GraphDatabaseFactory. If the guard is enabled, you can retrieve a reference to it using the dependency manager (see https://github.com/neo4j-contrib/rabbithole/blob/master/src/main/java/org/neo4j/community/console/GuardingRequestFilter.java#L26)
