Sorry for the mistake, of course you need to set
execution_guard_enabled=true. I've created a minimal viable example
using groovy to demo how to get access to the guard and how to use it,
see https://gist.github.com/ce91655b271fa45fbdf3.

Please be aware that guards are not part of the public API of Neo4j -
therefore they might be changed with any new release.
