Dear Curtis, what is the setup of your `titles` index looks like? Is it really of type `fulltext` and has `to_lower_case` set to `true` in it's configuration options? Please confirm.
Also looking at your Cypher queries I suspect that #3 uses a syntax suitable for `exact` index not for `fulltext` (quotes misplaced?) same question applies to #4 and #5.
