The problem is we had our neo4j databases go down this morning and we cannot seem to figure out why. Worst of all they didn’t restart their processes they just stayed down. Our databases are in HA mode and we have checked everywhere we know to check. We have it setup so it only writes to the master and reads from the slaves. There servers are 16gb memory and 8 cpus and we are monitoring the servers and we do not see them getting close to using even half of the resources available. We are getting very frustrated and we could really use the help. Currently we have no funding and we are bootstrapping this together until we get funding and funding is dependent on showing that our app can thrive. Any technical support we can get, we would be very grateful. If we need to work something out then we are willing to do that as well. We love neo4j which is why we chose it.
