Yes, we're done with reactive Neo4j driver for Meteor: 
https://atmospherejs.com/ostrio/neo4jreactivity
We still sometimes meet some bugs in it, but quickly fixing it. So you are 
free to try and use it, I'll be appreciated for any feedback about how it 
fits your needs, features, speed, etc.

About Meteor and DB - You are free to use any DB which has NPM package 
driver to be used with node.js. But the thing is - in Meteor everything is 
about reactivity.
Currently only MongoDB, Redis and now - Neo4j has their own reactive 
drivers. All other data sources won't be reactive untill someone implement 
reactivity for it.
