While I'm writing a post about this driver, take a look on leaderboard example <https://github.com/VeliovGroup/Meteor-Leaderboard-Neo4j> on neo4j. In readme.md you may find kind of tutorial - How we move Leaderboard from MongoDB to Neo4j
