Hi Joe et. al., sorry to bother everyone with this stuff, but it seems like the NTLM authentication stuff has been very "static".
We've submitted a few changes that we think would be beneficial for anyone using this, and we'd enjoy helping out to make sure the changes are tested, etc. What is the criteria for comfort level on these changes? I understand that it's the case that it's not easy to test it which is limiting the inclusion of these changes, however w/o articulation of what needs to be seen to achieve a comfort level, perhaps no updates to the code in the "official release" will happen? For reference, here're links to the changes that we submitted back in the summer: 1) enabled NTLM auth to use credentials collected from ne_set_server_auth http://mailman.webdav.org/pipermail/neon/2005-July/002062.html 2) Use the secur32.dll that exists on some Windows systems for security operations 3) Provide alternate credentials for the NTLM operations. http://mailman.webdav.org/pipermail/neon/2005-July/002061.html _______________________________________________ neon mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.webdav.org/mailman/listinfo/neon
