I still can access /dev/mem, /dev/fb or /dev/mouse in order to bypass X.
It is long time since I last used X, but if I remember correctly there
is a log of global context in its libraries. If you want me I can take
a look on that also.
Now that we understand that we don't add a new problem to the
implementation, can we make a progress?
