that is funny, I actually am a member of the TCA, and I have the
specific Tube Collector issue lying in front of me on my desk; it was
yesterday evening that I realised "you have seen a discussion on these
ETL codes somewhere, but where?!" and then I realised. ;-)

It is a shame that there is no official documentation of their date
code system. At least it is not publicly accessible, which gives your
work even more credit. Thanks a lot!
