Hi all, I was browsing around and found that this seller has IN-9s with some fitting metal and ceramic caps. As far as it seems, it makes some sense to think that what we buy as completed part is only a subset of another assembly that makes the real part. Like only buying the glass bulb of an incandescent lamp separate of its Edison socket. It could also be that someone thought of using them in some way, ordered a couple thousand built and somehow got strayed.
