Since only two wires are seen in the glass header below the black disc,
it's safe to assume that only two pins are used.
It's too bad that the seller took all four pictures from the same side
of the tubes. I'm guessing that there's a smaller disc (or ring or
something interesting) on the other side of the big disc, from which the
plasma emanates.
