Depends it is a cold or a hot tube.

Gold tubes may be fixed with epoxy glue, preferably not the speedy types.
Cure the glu at about 100°C in an oven.

Tubes that get got are best fixed with a either a mixture of watergalss,
shellac and talcum powder. That mixture resebles most the original cement,
used in industry.
An alternative is to use oven-kit or manyfold repair paste.
