Surprisingly I have one of those tubes! It has no markings that i can see
on the outside glass envelope, I believe that I bought it new from radio
shack (way back when!) when they still had a great supply of experimenter
parts! I have never seen another one to this date when I went to spheres to
find a match with no such luck
