If you were building Guitar Amps, or Theatre sound systems, or even Ham Radio Gear, it looks like a very nice supply. I doubt that the current limiting would be close enough by itself for a nixie that needs less than 10% of the available output.

BUT you can dial down the Voltage to something resonable like 170V, and use an typical limiting resistor on your tests. Bear in Mind that you would be using a Kenworth to puck up a bag of Groceries. Looks like the output connectors are well shielded, as ling as you can find matching connectors. It would look impressive on the test bench.
