Considering that price? Not at all. I was just observing that the 8 was poisoned. I would never buy a Z568 for $400. $100 perhaps, but certainly not $400. The only tubes that I would possibly consider for a price like that would be GR-47's and F9020AA's and even then, they would have to be perfect.
