It is just insane how Nixie tube prices have increased. I have been
collecting these tubes since 2006 or so I guess, so I also missed the
startoff. What can the veterans around here tell us? Some anecdotes
about CD47 tubes for 80 bucks? ;-)

But I am seeing a "materialistic" tendency. Large (and quite common)
tubes as the IN-18 are increasing in value, whereas interesting and
quite collectable tubes (like the GI-21 for example) still go for $35.
Good for me ;-)
