WinXP Anyway just FYI (and handy to know) next time you open a picture in 'Windows Picture and Fax Viewer' (the default) click 2nd to last icon on the bottom task row 'Closes this program and opens the image for editing (Ctrl+E)' After it has loaded in 'Paint' (or any other editing programme you have installed) you will have the 'File- Edit-View......'options on the top row, click File...Save-As. In the 'Save-As' dialogue box-File Name RENAME it (eg 'PicSmall' or you loose the original). After clicking 'Save' a dialogue box opens for you to adjust 'quality' (file size) before saving. Actually takes longer to read this than do.
As for the cylinders, they would have been great to play around with complete (Non-nixie uses, as car jacks maybe?) Dave.
