You can revise the auction without ending it and/or you can specifically approve a specific person outside the USA. With my auctions, I typically say to email if you are out of the USA, and then add the potential bidder to my approve list. It's easier than adding people to the block list. Actually you are *blocked* from placing a bid on an item if your registered location is outside the USA, and the auction is set up for US bidders only. Telling them you'll ship worldwide in the 'ask a question' is entirely useless. @Marta, you'll need to restart the auction to enable worldwide bidding permissions. Regards.
