I totally agree with Gene. I was hoping someone else would recognize the phenomenon. A little too much of stress on a marginal biscuit frit seal, and it begins a slow return to atmosphere ;) It's a somewhat rare occurrence (unless your eagle IN18 pin pattern was laid out while drunk -haha). Just slap in another IN18 and all is well.
