I bought some "new" INS-1s on ebay a few days ago, and I just got them. The thing is, they look really smoky and have inconsistent brightness. Some are fairly bright while others are dimmer, and some have different brightnesses depending on the viewing angles. They all look more or less like this. Do you think these have been used previously?
