This is obviously a company that is VERY afraid of somthing or someone, OR whose corporate attorneys created the web site. Not a good idea, and definitely NOT a company that I would want to do business of any kind with. There is a time and a place for the "small print", legalize, mumbo jumbo, but should NOT be the very first thing you encounter on any website. Good grief, what were these people thinking??? Ira.
