I use the Toshiba TD62083 octal Darlington driver in my 2-digit Nixie watch. It handles only 50V, but this works just fine. Nixies only need 50V difference between cathodes to make only one light up.

I did a bit of a hack for blanking, injecting a bit of extra current into the the HV supply feedback via a control bit, to lower the voltage to ~110V while blanked.

I also multiplex the 2 digit display. The blank tube doesn't seem to mind that it's getting 130V on all cathodes for a few milliseconds.

The clock portion of the circuit uses only three small TSSOP chips and zero transistors, so it's the lowest-parts-count Nixie timekeeping device I know of. The PC board is 15mm x 38mm. The power supply is on a separate 40mm diameter board.
