power supply is at 170 can run up to 200v
i played with the anode resistor didn't seem to matter
Nixie's are japanese vintage i had laying around

the r c value is the mux timing

using the values that are normally used with led or numitrons does not
work
had to change too 150k and .0047 uf

cranking up the hv supply i start to get some ghosting with the other
digits

i am using a coupling capacitor from the 5309 to the digit driver
transistors

i don't think i am current starving the tubes but that i need to check

i may try some other nixies i have

i just was wondering what values some one has used if they ever used
the national clock chips with nixies

thanks
jerry
