Probably that`s Vukolov-Mikhailov ref. book. The year of print is 1987 (on the bottom of the first page), right? It`s strange, that it was undiscovered till now. One of the best books about Soviet VFD`s, EL`s and flat gas-discharge tubes. No nixies, right. If not, let me know and I upload that one.
