I guess if you compare it to restoring cars, it might not be so much. I have a buddy who restored a '69 Firebird, a similar vintage Le Mans, and currently another Firebird. Easily, 3 times (probably off quite a bit) what Dave spent. And I know, you like restore similar vintage cars, too. I guess the women are right, men really never grow up, just get more expensive toys (either bought or made).
