Good to see more projects that use the old technology, not just as the
display, but also the guts.

I'm still working (more like pencil whipping) on an 'all tube' clock.
It also uses ring counters, but I'm cheating a little. I have a little
over a 100 5663 thyratrons. They won't need to be burned in and
matched. Down side is that they have filaments, though only 150mA and
6.3V. To further reduce parts count, I'll be using ZM1032 bi-quinary
nixies. That should almost halve the tube count. Total tube count
should between 40 to 45.
