Mostly scientific research during the day, with an odd twist of high performance mixed signal electronic instrumentation circuits. Anything goes after-hours, from cooking to target shooting practice to hiking, but electronic design and projects takes the biggest piece of the pie - by far. I am generally fascinated by anything that glows and history of technology. Combine the two and you get a sign up on neonixie group. With nixie and associated display technologies becoming increasingly hard to find and hence expensive, I would be interested in making manufacturing of nixies more attractive than it is now through innovative projects and public awareness.
