Hmm, haven't seen the "2 outputs" version, I'm used to just going back to 0, 1, 
2...
after hitting ten on the inputs.

There are some good scans of the old data sheets, including the expected 
behaviour
of both 7441 and 74141 chips, along with their internal logic diagrams on
