I would advise to be *very* careful on this specific topic of mini- transmitters. If that frequency is not a radio amateur one which does not need a license to operate, it could be illegal. I doubt much that a frequency used by WWV is open for general public to stomp on Government issued transmissions so... check your local regulations to avoid nasty surprises.
