It is actually quite an interesting project. I had a look on ebay for other WWV clocks to do some experimenting but it looks like the majority uses the WWVB signal with is broadcast-ed at 60kHz and slightly different from WWV. Do you know of other clocks that use WWV rather than WWVB?
