Emulating SMPS is a bit of a dark art - its the whole reason that LTspice 
was written - unfortunately, Linear Tech only supply high-speed models for 
their own chips :-)
  
No reason to emulate it - as has been pointed out elsewhere, these PSUs are 
well understood, and modelling them doesn't compensate for layout and other 
environmental conditions...
