YES! You are very right. That certainly is RUST, not a good thing. Not only 
that, but it looks like somebody made an effort to remove it from the 8091. 
Of all the old 7971's I have, not a one has advanced rust like that up near 
the envelope. Some poor bastard may be in for a rude awakening! Poor may be 
the wrong word!
