I don't like the 7 digit idea anyway, that 10th's tube just looks frantic 
to me. I actually prefer 4 digit clocks. In this case I think 6 would look 
fine.

I'll start shopping for an appropriate clock board. Normally I'd roll my 
own, but this seems more like a packaging exercise than a technical design 
challenge.
