I would never purchase an untested CD47 or so, too much of a risk.. :) The problem with private sale is a german thing, you are *required *to specifie that, if you don't do that, the buyer would have the legal right to give the item back in 14 days (for no reason), and for "new" items you give warranty. Its not a bad thing if someone has this sentence on a listing, its just protecting the seller, since germany has a riddicoulus "customer protection" -law.
